Supernova, Part 1

The Protostar finally reaches Starfleet, only to find an armada ready to stop it, and with the Living Construct aboard, no one will hear the crew's warnings. A Brenari officer whom Janeway once helped frees the admiral from the Dauntless brig, while Zero helps the crew regain control of their ship. Gwyn tells Dal that Starfleet will not accept him because he is augmented, but he still prepares to face the boarders. The Vindicator and Drednok storm the Protostar. Gwyn duels the Vindicator, and the Diviner, choosing his daughter over his mission, is fatally wounded protecting her, passing his goal of saving Solum to Gwyn as he dies. The Construct then knocks out universal translators across the fleet, so Gwyn's gift for languages helps Janeway call on Klingon, Ferengi, Gorn and other ships for aid. But as more Starfleet reinforcements arrive, they too are infected and turn on each other, and Rok realises they are facing annihilation.
