Worf and Raffi join the Titan and beam into the vaults of Daystrom Station with Riker, but Starfleet ships arrive and Picard is forced to flee. He turns to Geordi La Forge, now a commodore running the Starfleet Museum, who is reluctant to get involved. On Daystrom the away team find a synthetic body built by the late Altan Inigo Soong, holding his memories along with those of Data, Lore, Lal and B-4. Jack and Geordi's daughters, Sidney and Alandra, take a cloaking device from the museum's Klingon Bird-of-Prey so the Titan can hide, and Geordi joins them. Back at Daystrom, they recover the team and the android, which Geordi reactivates. Data reveals that the Changelings stole Picard's original body, which had died of Irumodic Syndrome before his mind was moved into a synthetic one. Beverly fears Jack has inherited the illness. Then Vadic captures Riker and reveals she already holds his wife, Deanna Troi.
