Twovix

The Cerritos is towing the decommissioned USS Voyager home to Earth, where it will become a museum ship. While Boimler worries that he will be passed over for promotion, he and Rutherford find that Voyager's past has not stayed in the past: a dormant macrovirus wakes up and starts taking over the old ship, and its holodeck villains come back to life. Meanwhile a stray flower from one of the exhibits causes a transporter accident that fuses Dr T'Ana and Chief Engineer Billups into a single being, T'illups. Knowing how Captain Janeway dealt with Tuvix, T'illups refuses to be separated and begins merging other crew members into an army of hybrids. Tendi and T'Lyn solve the problem by combining everyone into one shapeless mass that can be safely split apart. The four ensigns are promoted to lieutenant junior grade, but a mysterious ship destroys a Klingon vessel.
