Damage

Enterprise is left crippled by the Xindi attack, with fourteen crew dead, when the Reptilian ships unexpectedly withdraw. Archer returns to the ship in an escape pod, and on the Xindi Council Degra argues that the captain's evidence deserves a hearing, while Dolim resists. Degra secretly sends coordinates for a rendezvous, but without a working warp coil Enterprise cannot reach it in time. When the crew meets a damaged alien ship, its captain refuses to give up his own coil. Archer orders a raid to take it by force, leaving supplies behind but stranding the aliens years from home. T'Pol objects, but she is hiding a secret of her own: she has been using trellium-D for months to feel emotion and is now addicted. She confesses to Phlox. The raid succeeds, and the damaged Enterprise heads for its meeting with Degra.
