Red alert: the full plot, ending included. Haven't watched yet?REVEAL SYNOPSIS
Enterprise comes across a crashed Xindi-Insectoid vessel holding a hatchery of unborn young. When an egg sprays Archer with a strange substance, he becomes fixated on keeping the offspring alive, even diverting the ship's antimatter reserves to power the hatchery while the mission to Azati Prime waits. When Reed destroys an attacking Xindi ship, Archer relieves him and T'Pol of duty, confines them, and makes Major Hayes his acting first officer. Tucker, convinced the captain is no longer himself, organises a mutiny with Phlox, T'Pol and Reed. Crew loyal to them fight the MACOs to retake the bridge, and Tucker stuns Archer at the hatchery. Phlox discovers that the spray contained a compound that made Archer act as the eggs' protector. Once treated, Archer is himself again, and Enterprise resumes its course.
