As Dominion ships keep pouring through the wormhole, Sisko makes a gamble that could tip the Alpha Quadrant into open war, and everyone on the station must choose where they stand.
Red alert: the full plot, ending included. Haven't watched yet?REVEAL SYNOPSIS
Dominion ships are arriving through the wormhole in ever greater numbers, and Sisko decides to stop them by sealing its mouth with a field of cloaked, self-replicating mines. Weyoun warns that the Dominion will respond with force. To keep Bajor out of the fight, Sisko encourages it to sign a non-aggression pact with the Dominion. Amid the preparations, Sisko marries Rom and Leeta. As a Dominion and Cardassian fleet attacks, Sisko's forces hold out until the minefield is active, then Starfleet abandons the station. Kira stays, Rom remains as a spy and Jake as a reporter, and Worf and Dax agree to marry if they survive. Kira disables the station's systems before Dukat and Weyoun arrive to take over. Dukat finds Sisko's baseball left behind, a promise that he will return. Sisko, now with the fleet, reveals that a combined task force has destroyed a key Dominion shipyard.
