Workforce, Part II

Wounded and captured, Chakotay is given the same memory treatment as the others and manipulated into helping the Quarrens lower Voyager's defences. In space, the Doctor and Harry Kim run the ship and fend off Quarren attacks, while Neelix and the Doctor help B'Elanna recover her memories. On the planet, Seven is troubled by images from her earlier mind meld with Tuvok. She teams up with Inspector Yerid, who has been taken off the case, and finds that well over a hundred workers were hired at once through the same medical unit. The conspiracy is clear: abducted people are being given false memories to ease Quarra's labour shortage. Janeway comes to believe the truth, and Jaffen helps her get back into the plant. With decoy escape pods confusing the Quarren ships, Voyager beams its crew home. Jaffen visits to say goodbye before Janeway leaves.
