Red alert: the full plot, ending included. Haven't watched yet?REVEAL SYNOPSIS
A group of Augments, genetically enhanced humans, kill the crew of a Klingon Bird-of-Prey and take the ship. Starfleet sends Enterprise after them, and Archer takes along Dr Arik Soong, imprisoned for stealing the embryos he raised as the Augments. Soong insists he can talk them into surrendering. In the lawless Borderland between Klingon and Orion space, Orion raiders capture several crew members, including T'Pol, and take them to a slave market. The rescue turns chaotic, and Soong uses the confusion to slip away, but Archer recaptures him. Among the Augments, Malik kills his rival Raakin and takes charge. The Augments then board Enterprise, take Archer hostage and free Soong, who reveals his true aim: to recover the thousands of Augment embryos still in Starfleet's keeping.
- 01Soong was first planned as Colonel Phillip Green from “The Savage Curtain”, but the role was rewritten after discussions with Brent Spiner.
- 02By Wikipedia's count, the 80th episode of Enterprise, one more than the entire run of the original series.
- 03Big Show, the WWE wrestler, appears as an Orion slaver.
