Red alert: the full plot, ending included. Haven't watched yet?REVEAL SYNOPSIS
Escaping the Tholians aboard the Defiant, Archer's crew pick up survivors from Enterprise's escape pods, and Tucker puts slaves to work repairing the engines. In the ship's records, Archer discovers that his counterpart in the other universe became a celebrated explorer and diplomat, and he grows obsessed with his own destiny. A Gorn saboteur stalks the ship and kills crew members before it is stopped. The Defiant joins an imperial fleet fighting rebels, and when Admiral Black refuses Archer's demands, Archer kills him and announces his plan to seize power. T'Pol, Soval and Phlox plot against him, but their sabotage is foiled and Soval's ship, the Avenger, is destroyed. As the Defiant nears Earth, Hoshi poisons Archer in his quarters. With Mayweather at her side, she contacts Admiral Gardner, demands his surrender and proclaims herself Empress.
